  • Iedere koper zal gecontacteerd worden na toewijzing om de afhaling in te plannen. Sommige delen van het gebouw dienen in een bepaalde volgorde worden leeggemaakt.
    Omheiningen, poorten en trappen mogen uiteraard pas als allerlaatste te worden weggenomen.
    Niet dragende structuren van het gebouw mogen afgebroken worden om uw kavel(s) bv in 1 geheel te verhuizen. Dit steeds in overleg met Openbare-verkopen.be en de eigenaar van het pand.
     
  • Each buyer will be contacted after receiving the assignment by e-mail. The building needs to be cleared in a specific order. Fences, gates and stairs can only be collected the last day. 
    Structures that aren’t bearing walls can be taken down to collect your item in 1 piece. These decisions can only be taken in consulation with the staff of Openbare-verkopen.be and the owners of the building.
     
  • Chaque acheteur sera contacté après affectation pour planifier la collection. Certaines parties du bâtiment doivent être vidés dans un certain ordre. Clôtures, portails et escaliers peuvent évidemment être prises qu’en dernier.
    Les structures non-porteuses du bâtiment peuvent être démolies pour pouvoir déplacer votre lot en une fois. Ceci toujours en consultation avec Openbare-verkopen.be et le propriétaire du bâtiment.
