Everything must be removed by the buyer.

The property must be completely emptied and left swept clean by the buyer.

A deposit of EUR 500.00 must be transferred to our office together with the payment.

Once full payment has been received, the keys can be collected by appointment. Please arrange an appointment by emailing info@openbare-verkopen.be.

The property must be completely emptied by Tuesday, 10/11, at 12:00 noon at the latest. The keys must also be returned at that time.
