Sale due to inheritance

The goods are on the 3rd floor. You must rent a mobile elevator yourself to remove the goods through the front of the building.

The property must be left brush clean by the buyer.

Please note: the built-in refrigerator, the combined oven and the dishwasher are NOT included, they are part of the permanent kitchen equipment.

Please also pay a deposit of €200 for the key.

The key must be returned to the real estate agency no later than 20/9 before 12 p.m.
